MR DRIVER / LABOURER WANTED FOR ROAD CREW

ASPHALT / SPRAY SEAL - CREW MEMBER / HR DRIVER - PRODUCTION | LABOURER


We are looking for labourers to work within our busy spray seal and asphalt crews. The role will be based out of Somersby.


To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Hold a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence and be able to safely operate trucks to transport materials to and from work sites
• Assist with manual labour tasks, such as loading and unloading vehicles, preparing work areas, and basic maintenance of equipment
• Be able to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements
• Hold a valid WHS White Card
• Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient and safe project delivery
• Have a commitment to safety and adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures

Desirable qualifications and attributes include:

• Experience in the road construction industry (specifically crack sealing), landscaping, or faming environments
• Competency using Rollers, Front End Loaders, Skid Steers & other mobile plant machinery

Due to the physical nature of this role, applicants must be willing to undergo a mandatory pre-employment medical, which will include a D&A screen.
